Alaves’ season has been built on a solid defence with the duo of Victor Laguardia and Guillermo Maripan standing firm at the back. However, they have lacked a bit of cutting edge in attack with Borja Baston, Jonathan Calleri and Ruben Sobrino all struggling for goals.
