Saudi Arabia were much improved against Uruguay and held firm for the majority of the 90 minutes. Juan Antonio Pizzi made plenty of changes and he can be pleased with his side’s endeavour. They wasted a number of opportunities and are likely to regret their wayward finishing. They will be hoping to pick up three points and secure their first victory at the tournament since 1994. Mo Salah is likely to start this game and the Liverpool winger will be hoping to end on a high. He netted from the penalty spot against Russia and is handy from set-pieces. He could prove the difference in this game. They are expected to win this contest and Salah could go level with Abdulrahman Fawzi, Egypt’s all-time leading goalscorer at the World Cup.
